Role IVR Software Developer Location Onsite in Cleveland, OH Role Details Maximum Supplier Rate: $75/hr Top Skills Java/J2EE strong expertise in backend development Spring MVC & Spring Boot, Micro Services REST & SOAP Web Services Core Development Skills Java/J2EE strong expertise in backend development Microservices Struts Framework understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems Spring MVC & Spring Boot for building scalable microservices and APIs REST & SOAP Web Services API creation and consumption JSON/XML data handling Front End: JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page IVR/Telephony Understanding of IVR call flows, SIP Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (Twilio, Google Dialogflow) Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines Database Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization Build & Deployment CI/CD experience using Git, Maven, Jenkins or similar tools Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (GCP) Preferred Skills Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Ipolarity LLC
