Tom has been a proud State Farm Agent since 2003, bringing decades of experience and dedication to his community. A graduate of Farmington High School (1993) and holder of an Agriculture Economics degree with a minor in Vocal Performance (1997), Tom’s unique background combines professional expertise with a passion for service. Our agency is committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. With a team of dedicated professionals, we focus on delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive work-life balance. Community Involvement:

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Conklin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
