Please note that rotating weekend shifts are required. Full-time benefits and compensation**: Compensation: $19-23 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus package: $2,000 CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Uniform allowance Minimum qualifications and skill set: 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Ohio Proficiency in the following skills: Surgery set up and assisting Phlebotomy Sample collection Inpatient care Hillside Small Animal Hospital is a full-service companion animal practice serving Batavia and Cincinnati's east side suburbs. Our hospital focuses exclusively on dogs and cats, combining family-oriented, relationship-based care with modern medical expertise. We also offer comprehensive dentistry care, complete with digital dental radiographs, as well as soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, such as cruciate repair and fracture plating.
