Speech Language Pathologist

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

We are a family-owned Early Intervention Agency that provides SLP, OT, PT, and Special Instruction throughout the County of Philadelphia. We are hiring a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience in early intervention to work. You will be working with a minimum of 20 children ages birth through 5 at preschools and early learning centers in Philadelphia or our office close to St. Joe's University. We are not accepting Clinical Fellows at this time but encourage early career professionals to check back for future opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy
• Communicate with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with classroom teachers in regard to interventions
• Communicate with service coordinators and other members of the transdisciplinary team
• Write individualized goals for the IFSP/IEP
• Document sessions and manage caseloads with a user-friendly software system

Requirements:

• Masters Degree from ASHA accredited university
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state-level licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Joetta saw a need for education and support for families with small children. Her desire to address this gap became the driving force for our vision: to empower parents and caretakers and strengthen their connections to resources, increasing their child's ability to learn, grow and thrive throughout the cycles of life. Compensation: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour A community-based nonprofit providing early intervention services including speech, physical and occupational therapy and special instruction to children birth to school age in and around Philadelphia.
