Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence. You’ll assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and patient education while closely monitoring progress and safety. Working in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to documentation, care planning, and positive clinical outcomes.
