IT Staff Auditor

Evaluating the effectiveness of IT systems and controls, the full-time hybrid IT Staff Auditor will collaborate with senior leadership to assess technology-related risks, develop audit programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities Assist the IT Audit team in achieving departmental objectives and conduct walkthroughs of key IT processes to identify risks Perform assessments of IT controls, document results, and execute IT audits in accordance with departmental standards Maintain communication with management and external auditors to ensure coordinated audit coverage and compliance with IT regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or IT Security required Minimum of 2 years of IT auditing or related experience Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity controls, and information security frameworks Relevant certifications such as CISA or CISSP preferred Experience with data analytics tools for analyzing IT system data sets preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
