Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: pay discussed upon application, see pay package details below)
• Pay package: Competitive annual salary ranging from $489,000 to $543,000, with eligibility for quality and productivity bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care at UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic Memorial Central
• Support outreach clinics in Lamar and Trinidad (~2-3 hours' travel from Colorado Springs), approximately 6 days per month
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and social workers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth activities
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and coordination
• Share limited call responsibilities within your team
• Contribute to delivering equitable cancer care to underserved populations

What You Need:

• Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Passion for rural outreach and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as required (~6 days/month)
