As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents. What You’ll Do Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system Support lead follow‑up through call‑outs, call‑ins, and presentations Assist in setting and tracking sales goals Prepare move‑in paperwork and administrative files Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move‑in packets Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist Welcome and orient residents and families on Move‑In day Support on‑site sales and marketing events Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.
