Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Overview Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a weekday evening shift position in St. Charles, MO. The role offers consistent evening hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, weekends off, and a supportive, resident‑focused skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes. Complete accurate documentation (PointClickCare, care plans, MDS as applicable). Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Participate in shift reports and hand‑offs. Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately. Qualifications Active Missouri LPN license (required). Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 1–2 years of skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. PointClickCare experience a plus. Schedule Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Evenings only; no rotating shifts. Weekends off.
