Student Collections Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting student account operations, the part-time Student Collections Specialist will assist with payment collection efforts, account follow-up, and record maintenance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students regarding payment collections Manage in-school collections and assist with inactive account collections as assigned Collaborate with campus staff to offer payment options and ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Prior collections experience required Minimum of two (2) years of financial aid or related experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
