At KDC in New Albany, we're looking for detail-oriented, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellence.What You'll DoAs a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:Building and Assembling containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.Check Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.Collaborating & Training —work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous manufacturing experience? Great!
