As a Spacecraft Integration Technician I, you will play a vital role in assembling, integrating, and testing spacecraft. Working closely with integration and test engineers, you will assist in the mechanical and electrical integration of spacecraft, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will include executing work instructions and test procedures, improving the efficiency of integration facility operations through lean principles, and contributing to the development of spacecraft integration processes and documentation to train future technicians and engineers. Additionally, you will support offsite integration and test campaigns, including environmental testing and launch preparation. Required qualifications include: 0–2 years of experience in aerospace, aviation, electronics, automotive, manufacturing, or other technical hands‑on fields. Experience following detailed work instructions or technical procedures. Basic familiarity with mechanical assembly practices (torquing, fastener installation). Exposure to basic wiring or electrical assembly (crimping, soldering, connector installation). Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, wiring diagrams, or assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
