Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse – Travel
Ottawa, KS
Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (18:30–07:00) | 3 Shifts per Week | 36 Hours Weekly | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Float to Med-Surg and PCU areas as needed based on skillset and patient census
- Participate in pre-shift huddles prior to each scheduled shift
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across a 12-hour night shift schedule
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ICU clinical experience required
- Ability to float to Med-Surg and PCU environments when needed
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Must be available for a traditional phone interview as part of the submission process
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Comfort working in both critical care and progressive care settings
