Position Summary

We are seeking an engaging and experienced Contracted Group Facilitator to provide therapeutic group services to our clients. In this role, you will serve as a direct liaison to our Clinical Director, facilitating evidence-based groups that support recovery, wellness, and personal growth. If you are a skilled clinician with a passion for group dynamics and addiction treatment, we would love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Serves as a team member for the multi-disciplinary treatment planning process as requested.
• Provides group therapy for clients and documents the process in the client record in accordance with facility procedures.
• Ensures that all documentation regarding client care, treatment and incidents is done in a clear, concise and timely manner.
• Provides an appropriate session format with clear objectives.
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above with a knowledge of chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing or other related field which includes a practicum in an agency, preferably a drug and alcohol setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct program
• experience.
• Actively working toward state licensure related field or is State Licensed.
• Working knowledge of alcohol and substance abuse, dual diagnosis and rehabilitation programs, including 12 step

Work Environment

• Inpatient/residential facility
• May require evenings, weekends, or on-call availability
