Responsibilities Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication skills Commitment to client-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr
