Drivers must have at least 4 years of driving experience, a valid driver's license, and experience navigating New Jersey and New York.Location: 125 State St, Moonachie, NJ 07074Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed & Fri - 8 PM - 6:30 AMPay: $20/hr paid weeklyWhat your shift will look like:Drive across New Jersey delivering customer orders while following all safety protocolsEnter and exit the vehicle from the driver's door/cargo bay doors to pull the customer's order and stack it on the dolly, ensuring no product is damaged in the processDetermine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveriesUse a hand truck to move cases and loose items across various building obstacles such as stairs, ramps, and sidewalksDelivery includes multiple stops per night upwards of 150-200 items per stop including milk, alt milk, sandwiches etcDelivery confirmation with provided phone at each delivery stopRequired to pick up empty crates and trays and return to the warehouse at the end of each shiftCorrectly identify any order issues and resolve them in real-timeUtilize a handheld device for routing and obtaining or submitting customer informationUsing an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer ordersFrequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment centerOperate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment centerAssist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vansPerform all tasks as assignedQualifications:Can drive up to a 26' box truck with lift gateValid Drivers LicenseAble to lift items up to 60lbsMust be able to read, write, & understand/speak EnglishWhat You'll Love About OdekoFast-paced environment and growth opportunities - plenty of room for you to directly impact the company and enhance your career!Competitive compensation, healthcare benefits, and opportunity for equityOther great perks - Full lists of benefits available upon requestOdeko is proud to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive employer.
