Social Media Manager

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a creative and hands-on Manager, UGC & Growth Campaigns to help expand our social media presence, grow engaged communities, and execute impactful marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning great content into measurable growth, understands social media culture, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. Working directly with the CMO, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our brand reaches and engages users across global markets. What You'll Do Drive Social Media Growth Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across key platforms. Execute content and community strategies that increase engagement, reach, and follower growth. Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. Lead UGC & Community Campaigns Develop and execute user-generated content (UGC) programs that encourage participation and sharing. Work with creators, advocates, and community members to generate authentic content. Support initiatives that improve user engagement and brand affinity. Optimize Performance Monitor account and campaign performance. Use insights and analytics to improve content effectiveness and audience growth. Track key metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support Marketing Campaigns Partner with the CMO on marketing campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives. Help coordinate campaign execution across social media and community channels. Assist with Events & Brand Activities Support the planning and execution of community events, meetups, and brand activations. Coordinate event promotion and post-event social media coverage. What We're Looking For Based in Silicon Valley and available for full-time employment. Native or fluent English communication skills. 2-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, community growth, UGC campaigns, or related fields. Experience growing audiences and engagement on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, X, or Discord. Strong understanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, and social media trends. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
