Sourcing Procurement Manager

Overview Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and supply chain industry, is seeking a Sourcing Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Sourcing Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting strategic sourcing and category management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sourcing Procurement Manager Work type: Hybrid from Irving, TX Work schedule: M-F 9-5 regular schedule Responsibilities Support and lead sourcing activities, including RFP/RFQ development, supplier coordination, and proposal evaluation. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal value. Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams on contract drafting, review, and amendments. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies with business goals. Conduct market and supplier analysis to inform sourcing decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or professional services. Hands-on experience supporting or leading RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement and contract management tools preferred.
