Job Requirementsfor Clinic Manager:
- Minimum of three years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare experience
- FQHC / Non-profit experience as a supervisor
- Recent primary care ormulti specialty experience required
- Experience in general practice / multi-specialty clinical settings
- Previous workin clinic business management, clinic financial management, clinic operations, and clinic facility management
- Knowledge of payor programs which include, but not limited to Medi-cal, Medicare, MHLA, CHDP, CPSP, and Family PACT
- Previous clinic background at Medical Assistant level or above (MA -Lead, LVN, RN). Must be able to perform hands-on back-office duties such as vitals, injections, bloods, etc.
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience with EMR software is required
