Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay + commission up to 8% Great hours most stores open 9AM6PM; many closed Sundays Earned Wage Access available after day 2 Employee discounts starting day one Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & supplemental benefits (eligibility required) Vacation & Sick/Personal time based on tenure and applicable state/local requirements 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months (age requirements apply) Tuition Reimbursement opportunities for eligible employees What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks Communicate clearly with customers and team members Complete required training and follow company policies Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided) Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply Commission Information Associates can earn 28% commission based on individual performance.
