Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Foreclosure Real Estate Attorney in Deerfield Beach, FL. The successful candidate will manage foreclosure and real estate litigation matters, providing exceptional legal services while fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties Handle residential and commercial foreclosure matters for lenders and loan servicers. Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances throughout Florida. Prepare and review legal documents including motions and pleadings. Conduct legal research and provide case strategy recommendations. Monitor case progression for compliance with court rules and client guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Negotiate settlements and alternative resolutions when appropriate. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar. 1 to 3 years of experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditor rights preferred. Demonstrated courtroom and litigation experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
