Occupational Therapist - FT
MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare system to find an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift role. This position, which includes Monday through Friday shifts and one Saturday per month, involves creating and managing customized treatment plans for patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on occupational therapy standards
- Implement and adjust therapy programs in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and guide licensed occupational therapist assistants, technicians, and support staff
- Effectively use and maintain rehabilitation equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- License to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Texas Driver's License required for HMC Designated Drivers (if applicable)
- Familiar with rehabilitation equipment and techniques
