About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at JUST LIKE HOME HEALTH CARE 2 INC as a PCA Personal Care Assistant/Aide, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are eager to provide essential support and care in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or CNA preferred.
• Previous experience in personal care or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients as necessary.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
