Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician or Licensed Cosmetologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of hands-on experience , with a strong background in waxing and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships, mentoring others, and contributing to the growth of the business. Compensation includes posted base salary + tips. Grow with us into product sales with commission and expanding esthetic services.
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required).
- 0–5 years of professional experience in a spa or salon environment.
- proficiency in face and body waxing for all skin and hair types.
- Experience using POS systems and online booking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality waxing services with confidence and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service that creates loyal, repeat clients.
- Actively recruit and retain new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Perform appointment scheduling, and payment processing using POS and booking software.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked according to state regulations.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
