As a Collection Agent , you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem-solving. Hiring for our January 26th class Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner Track and manage account activity in our system Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with other team members Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals Requirements: 2+ years of relevant collections experience Proven track record of top-tier performance Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.) Self-motivated with a high level of accountability Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment Detail-oriented Computer savvy This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
