Position Overview:

• Seeking a Board-certified Rheumatologist
• Location: Statesville, NC — just 45 minutes north of Charlotte
• The physician will be responsible for the diagnosis and management of rheumatic conditions, delivering well-rounded care to patients dealing with arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases.
• Success in this position calls for solid medical knowledge, strong skills in managing patient care, and the ability to work well alongside other members of the healthcare team.
• This is a replacement position — the group's current rheumatologist is nearing retirement.

• $350,000/year base, with a 2-year guarantee and available incentive bonuses

Requirements:

• Active NC Medical License and DEA registration
• Board Certification required
• Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated leadership qualities
• Prior experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver positive patient outcomes
