Client services representative

Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping others? As a Client Services Representative, you will be the face of our on-site operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service while managing a variety of office, print, mail, and logistics tasks in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (less than 1 year of related experience required).
• Basic computer proficiency and technical aptitude.
• Solid communication skills and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to comply with site security clearances and customer-specific policies (which may include health and safety protocols).

salary: $15 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Depending on daily site needs, your responsibilities may include:

• Customer Care & Front Desk: Welcome visitors, answer calls, schedule conference rooms, set up meeting refreshments, and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Mail & Courier Services: Receive, sort, track, and deliver mail, interoffice packages, and daily shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Copy & Print Production: Prepare, print, bind, laminate, and inspect custom document requests with exceptional accuracy.
• Device Care: Keep reprographic equipment running smoothly by loading paper, replacing toner, clearing jams, and coordinating technician calls.
• Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse: Load, unload, pack, and verify shipments. Safely operate a pallet jack and handle inventory tracking.
• Records Management: Organize, update, and maintain physical file rooms and tracking databases.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with cross-functional duties and contribute to the Site Procedure Guide.
