This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative hospital-based environment where CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings. Providers will administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and procedural cases while performing comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments, developing individualized anesthesia plans, and monitoring patients throughout the perioperative process. This position offers a flexible self-scheduling model , allowing providers to choose from 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts while maintaining a 40-hour workweek , supporting work-life balance while practicing in a dynamic clinical setting.
