Engineering Manager, Data Feeds

Leading a critical area of the engineering organization, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Data Feeds will oversee a team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for one of Chainlink's flagship products while fostering an engineering culture focused on technical excellence and operational rigor. Key responsibilities Lead an engineering team to deliver reliable infrastructure supporting the Data Feeds product Establish engineering ownership and enable teams to execute while maintaining high technical quality standards Partner with Product and technical leadership to translate strategic priorities into effective engineering roadmaps Required qualifications Deep experience building and operating production blockchain infrastructure at scale Demonstrated technical leadership with the ability to influence architectural decisions Proven experience in leading engineering execution through effective planning and collaboration Strong understanding of blockchain or oracle infrastructure and operational best practices Experience coaching and developing senior engineers and technical leaders
