Head of Fiber Network Infrastructure & Planning

Alaska Communications is seeking a Senior Director of Network Infrastructure & Planning to lead Layer 1 planning and design for our fiber and facility networks. You will own end-to-end infrastructure planning, coordinate with Layer 2 and Layer 3 teams, and translate business demand into actionable capital plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 12 years of telecom engineering/construction experience, and strong leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills.
