• 36 hours guaranteed, can request 40 if needed
• M-F schedule with potential rotating weekend day
• 85-88% productivity typically required
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• EMR: NetHealth (Rehab Optima) experience desired
• SNF or sub-acute rehab experience required
• Split between two facility locations
• We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $53.93 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
