Front Desk Concierge - Part-Time

We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Schedule Part-Time (32 hours per week) Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a professional and welcoming attitude. Monitor the front desk, lobby, and building entrances. Manage visitor access according to property procedures. Receive and organize resident packages and deliveries. Respond to resident questions and requests in a timely manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Maintain visitor, package, and incident logs. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or emergencies to property management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area. Work collaboratively with property management and onsite staff. Qualifications Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
