Intake Coordinator, Regulatory Resolution Team

Monitor and review department mailboxes and regulatory state portals in a timely manner Document and assign member and provider regulatory complaints and inquiries Confirm whether complaint issues meet the definition of a regulatory case for assignment Serve as the primary phone agent for the Regulatory Resolution Team phone line Screen complaints using available systems, including GPS, CATS, and ECHS Respond to insurance verifications from state regulators Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders and analysts Support thorough reviews, advocacy, risk analysis, and collaborative resolutions for sensitive regulatory inquiries and complaints Requirements 1-3 years of work experience Healthcare industry experience required Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma Preferred: Experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance-related environment Preferred: Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience with case intake, complaint management, or regulatory workflows Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing regulatory complaints and inquiries within the healthcare industry, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
