Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to department and hospital policies and procedures, including safety, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Administering, overseeing, and documenting the administration of medications as ordered by the healthcare practitioner and in accordance with hospital policy.
• Assessing patient needs, implementing appropriate interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and competence in communication and care.
• Engaging in professional growth and meeting mandatory requirements.
• Documenting care delivered and patient status utilizing the nursing process.

Requirements include:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: WA.
• Basic Life Support - CPR.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing and one year of related work experience in an acute care setting.
• Previous recent Labor and Delivery Experience or 1-2 years Med/Surg experience.
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring.
