As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring every client has a positive experience. You will work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records and update databases with current information

Requirements

Experience – Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment preferred Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills – Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems Problem-Solving – Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure Teamwork – Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
