Overview Dental Hygienist, Aloha Office (30hrs, Days) – Onsite – Aloha, OR, US. Travel: Yes, 100% of the Time. 3/10 - Mon, Tue, Wed. Workdays set; location varies by day. Travel to Aloha, Tigard, Beaverton, Cedar Hills, Tanasbourne dental. Regular scheduled day(s) off. Part-time, 30hrs a week. Will work 3/10hr shifts. This is a Float / Travel position. Essential Responsibilities Provide direct patient oral hygiene care for program members, including comprehensive prevention, maintenance, and/or therapeutic dental treatment restorative services. Data collection and documentation pertaining to patients oral health in compliance with policy and procedure. Provide oral hygiene instruction and education. Maintain a work area appropriate to a clinical environment in compliance with environmental health and safety standards. Support other office functions during down time, ensuring a level of cooperation and positive work environment. Performs other duties as requested. Education Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program with a minimum of an associates degree in applied science. License, Certification, Registration Dental Hygienist License (Oregon) National Provider Identifier Basic Life Support Additional Requirements Please note: WA Initial and Renewable Limited License are not acceptable. Please note: Local anesthesia endorsement is for Oregon Dental Hygiene license only, this endorsement is included in the Washington State Dental Hygiene license X-ray equipment - Daily. Ultrasonic scalers - Daily for deposit removal. Handpieces - Daily for polishing teeth and fillings.
