About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Assist in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems.
Perform routine maintenance on diesel vehicles, including oil changes and inspections.
Support experienced mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Document repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Previous experience in automotive or diesel repair is an advantage.
