MRI Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a hospital role in Richmond, VA. The MRI Technologist will follow physician scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images. This opportunity requires attention to patient safety, image quality, and effective communication with the care team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required for practice in Virginia.
• 2 years experience as an MRI Technologist.
• BLS certification.
• Experience working in a hospital radiology setting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-field MRI scanners and multiple vendor platforms preferred.
• Experience performing contrast-enhanced MRI studies preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:30.
• Shift occurs on scheduled days consistent with a daytime coverage pattern.
