More information here: Retirement plan (403b) About The Role New Horizons is looking for an Outpatient Support & Data Lead who will play a vital role in coordinating outpatient operations, mentoring administrative staff, and transforming operational data into actionable insights. This position ensures a balance between compassionate service and efficient workflow — helping our team deliver outstanding care and support to every patient we serve. As a Outpatient Support & Data Lead, You Will Provide administrative direction, leadership, and supervisor of support staff. Conduct Employee Performance Management Activities Oversee all activities for the day-to-day operations of the office support functions Prepare a wide variety of administrative reports and performs special projects as requested Ensure and maintains the data integrity of the EHR system. Oversee all scheduling reconciliation and works on client demographics. Provide and performs back up in all support staff areas (i.e. front reception, intake, insurances etc.) as time permits or need demands. Perform other duties as requested. Must be able to apply Therapeutic Effective Aggression Management (CPI/CARE) Techniques without limitations. Requirements A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is recommended Must pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.
