12-Hour Shifts, 24/7 Home Care Nursing Case. LPNs or RNs with Experience Required. (G-tube,Trach) Days and Overnights Open. Immediate Need. 22 year old client. We are looking for RNs and LPNs with pediatric care experience for 12-hour shifts on a high-need case. Must have experience with G-Tubes and Trachs. Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties: * Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’snurse practice act. * Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. * Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state andfederal laws. * Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Position Requirements Nurse Qualifications: * Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois) * Home Health Experience Preferred * Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube) * Oasis Trained * 1 year experience. * Proof of eligibility to work in the US. * Reliable car / auto insurance. * Clean background and criminal record.
