Job Title: Manufacturing Technician/Manufacturing Production Associate (2nd shift) Pay Rate: $24–$25.68/hour (W2) Duration: 32-Week Contract Schedule: Mon- Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Number of openings on 2nd shift - 1 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Technician to support GMP manufacturing and packaging operations at a pharmaceutical production facility in Minnetonka, MN. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in regulated environments who thrive in hands‑on, fast‑paced settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of production processes while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key Responsibilities Ensure product quality and accurate documentation in compliance with manufacturing and quality standards Receive, handle, and distribute materials within the production environment Operate both manual and automated equipment for assembly, packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products Maintain continuous material flow across automated production stations Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting or fault resets Accurately complete production records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP guidelines Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) Complete all required training within established timelines Support team operations and take on additional tasks as assigned Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing environment Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments preferred Strong understanding of documentation accuracy and data traceability Familiarity with SOPs and regulated manufacturing processes Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft 365 or similar tools) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive manual tasks Cleanroom or controlled production setting requiring specialized gowning Fast‑paced, compliance‑driven manufacturing environment Physically active role involving standing, walking, and manual assembly tasks
