ASCP - Medical Technologist

MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist (MT) certified by ASCP to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. In this essential role, you will perform routine and complex diagnostic testing, analyze and interpret results, ensure quality control compliance, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. You will also maintain accurate documentation, assist with specimen processing, and stay current with industry practices through professional development.
Med Tech Qualifications
- Certification: ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MLT / MLS) required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and result interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
