Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Recruiting for BC, experienced FP to join clinic with three family nurse practitioners. Outpatient only family medicine. $190,000 base salary for the first two years. Then move to productivity model in year three ? Base of $170,000 plus bonus paid for every wRVU generated. Full benefits. FP outpatient-only. Recruiting for 3 BC family medicine physicians for Hospital-employed practices. Practice on health campus which includes family practice, pediatrics, urgent care, lab, rehabilitation services, radiology, cardiology, oncology and many more specialties. $190,000 base salary for the first two years. Then move to productivity model in year three ? Base of $170,000 plus bonus paid for every wRVU generated. $30,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation. Full benefits.
