ABOUT THE ROLE Our Client is seeking an ambitious Investment Analyst to join its team and directly support investment and business development activities. This is a career‑track opportunity offering hands‑on experience across the full investment lifecycle, with direct access to senior partners and significant responsibility from day one. An MBA is not required for advancement. RESPONSIBILITIES Initial review of investment opportunities and development of investment thesis and transaction structure Financial modeling and valuation comparable analysis Execution of comprehensive due diligence processes Participation in negotiations of acquisition documentation Preparation of Investment Committee materials and presentations Portfolio management support including attendance at portfolio company Board meetings Active participation in new business development and transaction sourcing initiatives QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking Extensive knowledge of financial and operating models Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Self‑motivated with a desire to take on substantial responsibility Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to thrive in a highly visible role and manage stress and pressure effectively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Energy industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
