LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Sevita is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide person-centered care in home and community-based settings. The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individuals with diverse medical and behavioral needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and caregivers to implement care plans, document in EHR systems, and ensure safety and compliance with clinical standards.
