As we continue our aggressive growth, we're actively seeking a variety of healthcare positions to serve Veterans in select states, with anticipated expansion nationwide.Key RolesPrepares patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health historyPrepares equipment and examination rooms, and clean instrumentsAssists physician with medical treatments, procedures, and examsManages inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate suppliesChaperones patient during an examinationReviews and edits reports in proprietary software application to ensure accuracy in context, grammar, spelling, and consistencyReview each exam report for accuracy prior to submission to the physician for final review and approvalAssists in the retrieval of diagnostic tests for scanning into propriety software applicationInterfaces with operational teams and assists in the provision of medical recordsWorks with providers and operational teams to ensure reports are submitted timely and accuratelyBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) (with transcript that shows phlebotomy was part of training) OR if not a CMA, must have a phlebotomy certificationPhlebotomy and blood draw experienceExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly mannerMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedFirm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policiesKnowledge of patient care and examination proceduresMust be able to maintain confidentialityLoyal Source is an Orlando-based workforce solutions provider dedicated to delivering elite services worldwide, with a focus in government healthcare, technical and support services, engineering, and travel healthcare.
