Recruiter (PMO + Corporate)

Full Cycle Recruiter | PMO & Corporate Recruiting We’re seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join a fast-paced SaaS/technology organization in the events industry. This recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders across the business, with an immediate focus on supporting the PMO organization and hiring Project Management talent . This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer and close. Location & Schedule Hybrid: onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays Parking garage available onsite Contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to FTE What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop targeted recruiting strategies and hiring plans Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and outreach through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close Lead recruiting efforts for PMO roles, including Lead and Senior Manager-level Project Managers Source and assess Project Management talent with strong business, GTM, consulting, or technology backgrounds Identify and engage consulting-caliber candidates , including talent with backgrounds at firms such as Deloitte, McKinsey, and similar organizations Support searches across a variety of functions and levels, including senior and executive-level talent Conduct thorough candidate screens, assessing experience, competencies, career progression, organizational structure, and overall fit Develop strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process and facilitate timely, structured feedback Provide market insights and compensation guidance to support hiring decisions Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS What We’re Looking For 4+ years of recruiting experience with both agency and in-house/corporate recruiting experience Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions Experience recruiting Project Management/PMO talent strongly preferred Experience recruiting senior-level and/or executive talent SaaS, software, or technology industry experience preferred Consulting recruiting experience or familiarity with consulting talent pools is a plus Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate talent beyond keywords Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable managing multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience working with an ATS and recruiting technology Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience If you’re a strategic, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruiting process and working closely with business leaders on high-impact talent searches, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
