Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Medina, OH. 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM, MondayThursday Optional OT on Fridays (not mandatory) $17.58/hour
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery efficiently; Maintain inventory and ensure proper upkeep of work area; Perform daily maintenance on equipment and workspace; Read and follow spec sheets and batch tickets; Follow all safety and quality standards; Ensure product quality (correct labels, secured caps, etc.); Stage materials for upcoming production runs; Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris. Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, push, and pull as needed; Capable of repetitive physical tasks; Ability to stand for extended periods; Willing to work in varying or extreme temperatures. Qualifications: Strong hand-eye coordinationAbility to read, write, and understand English; Comfortable following detailed instructions and specifications; Manufacturing experience is a plus Using Google for jobs?
