The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality through systematic testing processes. Key Responsibilities Understand business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases. Execute manual test cases and document test results. Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. Validate data integrity by executing SQL queries and performing database testing. Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables. Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation. Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related feedback. Required Skills ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (Mandatory). Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and testing methodologies. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Database Testing. Understanding of test case design techniques and defect reporting. Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
