Job Title: Night Auditor Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites – York, Nebraska Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Position Summary You own the overnight operation. You keep the property secure, balanced, and guest-ready for the next day. You handle front desk responsibilities, complete daily financial reporting, and set up the morning team for success. Key Responsibilities Check guests in and out with accuracy and professionalism Handle guest requests and resolve issues independently overnight Complete nightly audit and balance all hotel revenue and transactions Reconcile cash, credit cards, and system reports Prepare and distribute daily reports for management Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area Conduct property walks to ensure safety and security standards Set up basic breakfast area (as needed) for morning service Communicate clear shift notes for the morning team Requirements Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong attention to detail. Mistakes show up in the numbers Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Reliable and consistent attendance.
